Design of a residential building on the basis of a given building volume.
In this volume, the new apartments are differently stacked on top of each other.
They always consist of a long square „tube“ with room-high openings at the ends.
Due to the clever stacking, there are different sizes of apartments and each room has a balcony at one end.
The central single core connects all apartments and at the same time serves as the primary load-bearing element.
